As part of our dedication to ongoing service, Jordan Engineering is pleased to offer 24 Hour Service Support to selected clients.

Service Contract holders receive the following benefits:

• Service calls will be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
• All calls will be answered in person, and you will have the opportunity to leave a message detailing where you can be reached as well as the nature of the service call.
• Support Contract Service requests will be immediately paged to the on-call engineer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• No after hours or holiday service premiums will be applied for clients with a valid service contract
